If we get our acts together, there will be no fake Babalawos as there will be an institute to examine them to determine that they can recite all the 256 odus and some extensions, then know the basic etutus, by knowing like 2 or 3 thousand Ifa verses and the basics of rituals, a practitioner may be licensed but still placed under tutelage of a more experienced Awo from there through practice he will move to MSc level, Associate degree, Phd and etc. Thus fakes will be eliminated.
