Finally!!!!.....a sane person here.when I joined this thread and I made my reservations known,they said they were only trying to make it fun and lively.. I mean, don't you all have your private whatsapp and bbm for that..ok,even if we want to while away time pending when the CUL ,how about discussing our hopes, plans and aspirations for our service year.personally, I hope I'll be able to make an impact wherever I'm posted to..check out Ese Oruru story,not one person's talked about it here,the additional40 marks added by JAMB nko, and other important issues affecting our youth today,Biko when will the leaders of tomorrow rise up and realise that now is the time to start preparing. yes,we need to unwind. that has been our Nigerians mentality, rather than rising up to take a stand, we would rather go to the beer palour or play ps3 ,after all I cannot comman kill myself untop Nigeria's issues.And the cycle continues...Nigeria youths,wake the he'll up!

A very small observation!

The deployment/printing of call up letters by ICT department (21st-30th) may not have mean that those that didn't pay will start collecting starting from 21st. My reason is that, the ICT department been said here is NYSC ICT dept(I guess) and not our various school's ICT department.
For NYSC to deploy the already printed CUL to various school may take between 2-4 working days. This mean that the printing of the CUL will start by 21st by the NYSC ICT department and the deployment will/should be 3-4 days after( starting from 23rd). Those that didn't pay should start getting their CUL from school maybe from 25th or thereabout...

Well said, although I don't really have anything against wah anyone choose to discuss, buh in as much as we wanna have fun (make this group fun) we should also make it educational and inspirational. We are all young adult, and I believe that there are many important issues we can dialogue on, if anyone has pressing issue, the person is free to share, one way or the other our opinion might help,lets share our stories, we might just inspire someone. Nice point, but come to think of it, if schools are the one to print it, why the "deployment" part of the TT?

Moreover, I think the ICT will print it,and den send it to school for onward distribution to PCMs,

for the online delivery of CUL which was 1-3rd, I think what it means is that school already has the soft copy of all PCMs posting. Schools like mine that do paste mobilization list will use that to do their own pasting before PCMs start coming for CUL.

Just my thoughts, tho
