After applying for a school that 'cherishes' JAMB score, and scoring as low as 233, I can see clearly my dream to study medicine dying. |

Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by GideonOmach(m): 8:42pm On Mar 04, 2016 |
Abdullahi4u7:it's not dying please and it won't if you're truly meant for this.. You guys should stop all these frailty please! As far as you have 200 and above, your dreams are sure, just that you'll need to employ more dedication for postume. If you got 200 or above and peradventure, it's lower than your uni.'s Jamb mark, you have a second option of changing your institution to one that requires lesser Jamb cut-off.. Only be vigilant and acquaint yourself with cyber guys to always check when it starts 'cos it has a deadline, think after 3weeks of Jamb! |

Fabeh15:Morning Bro. To me oh, with these UTME scores I'm seeing, I would advise anyone to pick UI. Just get above 200 and prepare very well for her post UTME. At least, one will be rest assured that there won't be any funny marking system in the post UTME. It's what you score that you'll be given. So, if you didn't pick UI initially, my advice is to obtain a change of university form and pick UI. An advice tho. I'm not even in UI. I'm a student of ... I wish you success in your career. 1 Like |

Hello medics, my uncle in Ghana just sent me some medical textbooks for my 200l because of the present high price of medical books in Nigeria due to the rise in the value of dollar, but he sent me Harper's illustrated biochemistry and charteajea medical biochemistry instead of the lippincott and vasudevan I requested for. Please medics, How good is that charteajea biochemistry textbook ? I'll really appreciate your answers |

hmmmn. It is well with my soul even though the devil wants to puncture my dream but thank God for his Grace and intervention. I wrote jamb this morning and when I checked my result this evening I was dumbfounded by what I saw.. but thank God I scored way above 200 but the thing is I don't think my score will be good enough if I decide to choose Oau or unilag. so I think UI is my next option or is there anyone here who has an idea of a safer school to pick that augment my low jamb score? |
