You have no clue about what you just posted up there. The standard camo for the US military is not the jungle green camo, that is still widely available in every clothing store and civilians can buy and wear them freely.

I've been buying my preowned military fatigues from Army surplus stores for almost 3 decades grin

It doesn't become a military uniform until the insignias are added to them.

You should also show the civilian on American soil that was beaten black and blue by a military personnel for violating that law.

Why should the military essentially make laws in Nigeria by banning the wearing of camouflage?

The police or the army do not supersede the NASS in making laws; and the NASS haven't passed a bill banning civilians from wearing camo. The presidency and the National Assembly need to call the military to order and stop the senseless violation of human rights.

Nigeria is a really silly country to be honest, who gave the army the right to tell police what kind of uniforms they can wear. American SWAT police teams wears camo, what is so special about the camo anyway that Nigerian army carry am for head like load.
