Hello Mr Best

Am new here saw your post while searching on Google for a business I could start, I really need to be up and running I lost my job after working 3years in the bank on the 8th of February 2016, with the Naira to dollar crisis and all, which saw a lot of companies sending their workers home, but thank God I saved a little. I wanted to rent a shop at one of those busy markets but am confused about what to sell. Among the things you listed, am confused about wat to sell, shud I sell the chemicals or produce stuff or shud I just go into farming or food stuff business? I really appreciate Ur response.

Heyllo Ma'am, everything has to do with passion and demands. First, you need to look around you to see what is in high demand. So i will advise you to take out sometimes and do a little survey to know if there's market for what ever you have passion for. Choosing the right product is very important, please don't invest a dime yet until you are sure of the market for your investment.

Lest I forget, selling the chemicals is a very good idea and it doesn't stop you from also producing (I'm talking from experience here). But then, you need to be sure of the demands first.

Thanks.

JUST A LITTLE STORIES TO MOTIVATE US FOR THE WEEK.

Sometime middle last month or there about, I got talking with an aunt who sells food stuffs and she told me the price of garri has fallen terribly and that she was not going to buy garri till the price rises. She explained that the fall in price was due to Lassa fever outbreak and so on...with a huge smile on my face, I looked at her and asked how many bags she usually buys under normal price condition," 1 bag or half a bag sometimes depending on the market condition, she said". Then I asked if I could give her an advice and she said yes.

I told her to go and buy 3 to 5 bags this time around and wait for the price to rise but she shouted and asked if I was crazy, that she would rather invest the money on other fast moving food stuffs than tying down her money on garri with no hope of getting back the money soon since no one knows when the lassa fever issue will end. Jokingly she asked "or do you want to give me some money to experiment?" We both laughed but I decided to shock her by yielding to her demand. She tried hard to reject the offer but I insisted she gets the money for the experiment, lols. She said it is not a wise idea to try such - that she's being into the business for years now and she knows when not to make some moves.

To her, money to buy even 20 bags of garri is not actually the problem but the fact that garri has been given a very bad name and as such, it might not get back its dignity or recover from that bad name anytime soon. I know she's a very smart woman but I could see something she was not seeing at that time. To cut the story short, she finally yielded to my advice after a hard time and a long sermon to convince her. She went for just 5 bags.
To be continued...........

Fast forward, just last week she called me a prophet and said I should guess what? Garri is now N130 per congoo (I dont know if i got the spelling right though but I think that's the way it's pronounced, lols) and the red one is even N150. And this same garri was sold for N90-100 per measure just last month. Now, do the mathematics. Do you know how many measures are in a bag? Multiply that by N30 or N50.

You remember the ebola erra? A lot of us made some cool cash even some members here, producing hand sanitizer and I remember telling some of us not to over buy materials for production at a time because I knew it was not going to last for too long…... Sorry for those who got too greedy though? Laughs.

I still remember the funny farmer too who decided to sell almost all his grasscutters at a giveaway price during that time including the young ones against my advice…hmmmm. Seriously, age does not really matter when it comes to business; insight to me is what counts.

Moral of the story:

It does not matter the bad situation around you, always look at the positive side and make the best out of it.
I have come to understand the way things work in this country and I can easily predict what happens next in the market in any kind of business once I give it an attention.

I'm a business man to the core, forget about the suits and ties and the gentle look on my face. cheesy. So, any smart person should learn to key into my advice and run with it anytime.

What is the situation around you like right now? No job? What are you doing about it or are you just waiting for a miracle to happen? Guess what? Look around you, there’s always something to do to make money. Put down your pride for once and take a step. Trust me, once you are making the money -nobody cares what you are doing, so long it’s genuine.

MY ADVICE TONIGHT:

To all the youths out there, learn a skill today. Please, go to school and collect your certificate. If the white collar job comes grab it but while waiting, learn a skill. I don’t care what skill you want to learn, just make sure you learn a skill. Nigeria as a country is heading the direction where your skills count most and not certificates.
If I have the time I will take some personal mails to give us some tips on how we all can make money with our skills.

Thank you for reading and do have a lovely week ahead.

Strongbest a mudu or Congo of gari shld sell atleast N250 unless we deliberately invest in cassava value chain which is more profitable than cocoa which takes abt 5years n attention before d farmer can start making any return after an heavy investment. Despite the fact we are highest producer in d world, we need to add value to our cassava to meet Thailand who is highest exporter in the world.

Heyllo Ma/Sir, CDEA is just the abbreviation of your common Coconut Diethanolamide. As for function, maybe I should just give a layman explanation because it's another chemical on its own with various functions. But the primary function is as a surfuctant....it's in the same class with SLS but functions in different ways depends on its use or application. So, in liquid soap it can function as a foaming agent with a cleansing and thickening effect. I don't know if I explained it enough o.

Sodium chloride(table salt), can not or should not be used primarily as your thickening agent please. We only use it as a boaster. As in, used along side with the main thickener (e.g, nitrosol) to complement or increase the thickness of your product.

Lest I forgot, sorry for the late response...........being a great day.

Thanks

Heyllo Sir, you are highly welcome into the big family. There's nothing much about the packaging, all you need to to do is search around for any container that suits your taste and get to a good printing press to design nice stickers, that's all.

Thanks.

Mr Strongbest, whilst reading through the pages last night, I was looking forward to getting the ebook. The price then was yummy from 1500,to #1000 at a point, a promo price of #750 all of a sudden, I started seeing #2000. I understand the ebook is well baked now with added goodies, and then I was Wishing I had seen this thread way back. Biko, look into this price and adjust as I am Interested. Thank you

Heyllo ma'am, I sincerely appreciate your observation and your interest. To be frank with you ma, the price of the ebooks is nothing compare to the contents of the ebooks and the added values. In fact, I'm about to increase the price.

For instance, the first ebook contains over 15 items simplified for anyone to easily carry out production on their own just by merely reading it. Though I'm not trying to compare my self with anyone but I will like to make you understand that some ebook sellers sell just an item for as much as N2,000 but I have compressed over 15 items in one and all for just N2,000.

Sorry to say, even from here, someone once suggested I break the ebook into 3 parts and sell each for 2k, can you imagine the wonderful and great business idea? Because the person could not believe an ebook containing over 15 products with detail explanations can be so cheap. He thought it was a junk until he got a copy.

My aim here is not just to sell my ebooks but to impact in my own little way, that's why we have the free training as well. So, the ebooks are not compulsory for anyone to buy. And of course, I feel happy and encouraged each time a copy of my ebook is sold because I know only a serious person with passion for production spends money to get more, and that's why I'm everly committed to giving my best to such people.

Please, let's rather look at the great benefit and all we stand to gain buying my ebooks rather than the token. I know some of us here will understand what I mean.

If you buy my ebook and you feel it's not worth the price and even much more or any of the formula fails, please feel free to call me out here and ask for refund of your money.

Thanks.
