I tried checking out laser oil ND gas training website ND i read about there training time table wich starts in April, every session.. So I'm kinda wondering if Der is any sense in Dat to d cause of d delay.. But let's hope for gud news dis time around..

Well I don't really think so since it's a special training it might not necessarily follow their academic calendar but I'm not sure cos there's one in October too.

If anyone can get across to them should let us know.

So I finally summoned courage to call the Ptdf number yesterday, it was a very long conversation but she was really nice. Well, in summary she said her Job description was short; to call some numbers sent to her from the head of "local content" and to forward 2 copies of information received (i.e the emails and addresses) one to the IT department and the other back to the head of local content. That's all.... She again said the IT department were to forward a copy of the info to the "institute" alongside names and some docx (in her words, which is to mean laser in ph I hope not some shrine in Ayo's village Again she said a couple of forged documents have been identified and names withdrawn during the thorough scrutiny all applicants documents where subjected to. so my guess is as good as yours. Training is on course... As huge plans are in progress and this government is fully committed to making this work as most professionals (Not workers) in the oil and gas sector aren't Nigerians and with the dwindling oil prices in the global market we can't afford to pay foreigners to explore our black gold. So it's safe to say #employnaijatogrowthenaira. Maybe if we apply ourselves diligently to what we would have been doing if we weren't called by Ptdf time will fly before we know it and we'll receive our mails sooner. So I expect saryea and untildotcom and a tiny part of ayopedro to have faith like Charles has been preaching from now on.[/b] have a nice day

I appreciate your effort in following up the training for us from your own end, you've helped to calm nerves here and reduce BPs.

They should tidy up necessary stuffs and get to us, we want learn!

Na 4 Laser oo, the guy sef was even asking if ptdf sent the form by air, land,water or by dream? That they were aware of the training since 1914 during the time of Lord Lugard but for now no idea. He only said that if the training is to take place, una go flex based on package...No ask me what package!

But u reminded me of my dream last night. I saw all of us in Laser struggling for survival in oil & gas things. Seriously I saw myself flexing a laptop with 2 terabite hard disk given to only me by laser. Fortunately cos of the laptop I was asked to be marking all tests, assignments and weekly report.
Guess what I saw while marking...!

Charleslifted got 50/100, Abrahamtaylour narrowly escaped by getting 49.5/100 others got b/w 45 to 39/100 while my guy of all people Untildotcom arranged 5/100 only..
walaayi I no fit laugh..
I remarked his work and he got 4.5/100...
I say na lie my guy pass 5% na but wen our instructor remarked by himself, Untildotcom got....1/2%... .i say maybe na from village d mata come from
