War is fought with territory? why i am only talking of south east is because it is an undisputed igbo territory occupied by igbos. the other parts u call igboland e.g akwa ibom, cross river, rivers and delta, are multi ethnic regions and the igbos are nt majority there and are nt considered landlords, hence why a typical igbo man cant assume governorship positions, nw if their is a war breakout these multi- ethnic region will have divided loyalty, the majority will fall to the neutral nigeria. just like what happened during the civil war when they failed to co-operate.

u are very correct, going by what is shown on that map that water is what we have in between akwa ibom and bakassi but u need to know that some oil blocks/well are actually in water and they stand to be good source of revenue (they are called off shores). In addition, that water u see may even have turn to dry land by now, considering the rate at which people chase away water this days by sand filling.
