Same decisions l took severally in some of my few properties, l saw the nonsense at lekki gardens few years ago and sold the unit l had there and re-invested the money elsewhere, so many terrible construction work going on there without serious governmental regulations

It is really SAD and very WICKED of you.

Average of 150,000 units yearly. If the whole threads and topics on Nairaland properties were to be a building project, it wouldn't have reached 100,000 units. Interestingly, a company which launched her flagship project about 4 years ago is promising to meet 8% of Nigeria housing challenge within 10 years. That's not ambitious, it's overzealous ambition.

Many are still coming down. Imagine houses built beside water(not just water Atlantic ooo) and close by you have a dredging site mopping sand under it. If money is to be spent go to Ikotun pay each land lord to leave, if you like biuild that building in babylon na u sabi.

As a peace loving person, I resolved with my Oga to pay him 50% of the said amount to which I ve transferred 50k almost 3 weeks ago.

The wahala just resumed yesterday when Oga say where is his balance. I will go back to Nairaland to make trouble. I will transfer back the 50k to you. Blah blah blah.
