I was just being sarcastic with d 'heat' thing. If a girl is on heat and her fiance isn't around, she has a choice to either mess herself up or exercise self control. Some of us may say its difficult but then there are too many activities out there for one to engage in. Then if u still can't overcome, talk to ur man, try to see him anyhow u guys can. But if that's also not possible depending on how far he may be. Then we continue with our self control/self discipline course. Imagine u wana eat beef and there are no more cows in Nigeria, will you say no to chicken and enter a faulty flight to South Africa just to eat beef?
