Those guys should start thinking about eternity... They have very slim chances of surviving the burns...they are about 2/3 burnt already. Survival rate for such in naija is less than 10%. Moreover, with God nothing is impossible. They need out prayers not our consolation

That's they have 75 % CHANCES of giving up than surviving.
I Fear and Feel for them.

Most BURNT cases behave like they will survive.
Some even make phone calls for 2 days, but eventually die on the 4th day

They will eventually die caused by shock from severe burns they have loosing so much plasma and body fluid the heart would find it not easy compensating to that loss tachycardia and kidney shutdown is what causes such death in patients like this, eventually the quickest thing to do is put them on electrolytes....sodium and dextrose ASAP but guess what....our hospitals may be TOO slow for action; I hv seeb pts die like this year's bk when I was in nigeria....here in the states no one would be taking pictures, all u see is medics running like hell coz they know death ☠ is eminent.

Inhalational burns leading to pulmonary edema is a sure banker and in Nigeria without ventilators, these guys are walking corpses (please forgive my crudeness). They need to be placed on immediate pressure wrap and on immediate mechanical ventilation for minimum of two weeks along with strong antibiotics. Hopefully if they get to a good hospital, this may save them

And you think Nigerian hospitals have all this, do you know how many hospitals will reject them before they are finally admitted? This country has been damaged beyond repairs most Nigerians now put their lives in God's hands, you can see that from reading the comments. Just look at the death toll on the roads alone.

They where 2 brothers from this accident who cheated death just after the accident but they both passed out latter in the evening at babcock teaching hospital.

Why won't they die, when they were rushed to the ill equipped hospital with such severe burns in a private car unlike an ambulance in a developed country, after probably hours of standing there crying for help and people standing around snapping pictures.
