@quin9 Sorry i have to remove your post asking for review of HNMC, the repetition of that sort of question is getting out of hands here. That hospital and many others has been reviewed far too many times here. Read part 1 or 2 of this thread and you will find more than enough info on it. Half of the posts in this thread are almost repetition of the remaining half which is not good really. You are going to invest millions of your own hard earned money then please take your time and read up here so as to avoid reposing the same info over and over again here 12 Likes 1 Share |

Hello. All states accept a US consulate notarized form ds 3053 which is the form your spouse should fill for the application of your baby's us passport if s/he would not be present at that time. you can download the ds 3053 form online. make sure that you look at the top right hand corner to ensure that the form is not an expired version (the valid dates are written there). Your spouse would fill this form after your baby is born and should not sign it. s/he should take this form alongside his/her intl passport and a photocopy of the biodata page to either the us consulate in abuja or lagos and get it notarized. after which, s/he should send it via courier to you. letter of consent for applying for a Nigerian visa for your baby is just a simple letter written as a formal letter to the Nigerian consulate by your spouse consenting to the application for a 9ja visa by you to bring your baby home. this can be signed and a scanned copy sent to you. the 9ja visa agents usually send you a format when you contact them. P.S. Some states accept a ds 3053 notarized by a non-us consulate notary public. I do not know the states that do accept this. Some may have been mentioned if you go through the thread. However, the whole idea of a notarized document is to verify its authenticity and in my opinion, notarizing a document in advance of its intended date of use is a really grey area and this practice may very well be the reason why certain states stopped accepting other 9ja notary public verifications apart from the notary public at the us consulate. This is just my opinion and does not in any way reflect a general consensus on this matter. Ronnie1984: 5 Likes 1 Share |

Walmart, Amazon, Burlington. I bought a delta children's sweet beginnings bassinet. was on sale for about $49 at the time. however, it requires coupling for use (screws et al) and uncoupling for your return trip. I like DIY so this was not a problem. I brought it back with me, it fit into one of those extendable bags and was not too heavy. If you do not want one that requires a lot of coupling, you can try the dream on me karley bassinet. I think its just a snapping mechanism to set up and dismantle. its about $70 i think. ify4charm: 3 Likes |

nefertitiram: Don't mind Arik, I flew them last week, their policy says 30weeks, I told them OYO. Before I could show my doctors fit to fly they said they don't accept from outside that I have to do it at the airport. Na so I carry myself go Port Health centre, where a nurse use a measuring tape to measure my tummy and told me I'm 32 weeks, meanwhile I was 34. I used wisdom, told her I'm not 32wks, didn't want to say I'm 34 either, na so the woman write 30wks there and I paid the 1,500 fee. Gave Arik what they wanted to see and flew to JFK.... |
