I was able to speak with the B15 CM about the issue of the ID card, he said since online registration was done by every PCM the information contained will be used for the ID Card. B15 stream 1 couldn't get theirs while on camp due to some delay but B15 stream 2 got theirs while on camp. In a nutshell there is no any registration to be done as pertained NYSC ID card. Hope this help sir?
