4. Good power supply
5. Ability to pay for six months (or less if possible) first .
6. Affordable housing rent. ..
I want to know, how much does it take to lodge in a hotel in owerri? Also, what's the cost of living in owerri?

I have a self con @ concord avenue ph road, security yes, accessible road yes, 3g network plus wireless network from concord and surrounding hotels, light 70%, shares the same distribution line with state secretariat, water borehole yes, relaxation joints, like MiMi place, 4040 club arena..

thanks for contributing.... My definition of self-con is one room with the bathroom and toilet inside oo .. Just for one person.. Will be managing it for the moment. .. My budget is #60k if possible lesser

what I know is housing is sorta expensive in owerri you should try and ikenegbu its like 90 -150k and has all that you mentioned and would be a nice place to start your marketing...
