Cahill is faster and way stronger than Boateng, that's the features you need to thrive in the Epl and the key reason Cahill has been on his grind in this league for the past 6yrs.

It's on record, Juve, Wolfsburg and Milan made several approaches for Lukaku, Chelsea gave Mourinho the control and freedom with loans and transfers.
Again let me reiterate, I am not implying Chelsea's woes has anything to do with Lukaku leaving.
Instances where the team and coaches have control, it's wiser to keep such players as far away as possible while they blossom.
