Anyone have idea what what one can do to fastrack change of date of birth & name on e-passport?

there's no other place to do change of data apart from abuja, the cost will depend on the nature of what you wanna change. pm me for details

it's going to cost you quite some fortune, you can only do it in abuja. the date of birth will be changed separately while the name will be changed separately, you'll also have to provide documents to back it up. pm me for details. what's d difference in d age and how many names are you changing?

let me analyze it, the problem in Nigeria is that everyone abuses his/her own little office. the official price for payment is 19k, if you do that yourself, you might not get your passport in 2months. there are administrative charges included, e.g you pay for approval, you pay like 2k for quick production and the person that will run the file will collect like 2k for his own hustle totalling about 25k. you can get new passport or renew the existing one in all states of the federation including gwagwalada passport office in abuja. but if you want to retrieve a lost passport, change of data (name or date of birth), damaged passport and retrieval of seized passport at the embassies due to fake endorsement (visa), your destination is the service headquarters in Abuja, your case will determine your price. if you have any other questions, be my guest.

if you have all these "Ghana visas" or "oluwole stamps" on you visa, some embassy quickly discover them and instead of just denying your application, they will confiscate the passport and forward it to immigration for further action.

25k is the maximum you should pay even in Lagos. If you go to Ibadan you can get it for 20k. If you need someone's contact in Alausa, Lagos send me a PM. He is an immigration officer and you will get it same day.

I've processed my driving license myself twice (2012 and 2015), no middle man, normal process. And i also did my first Passport myself in 2008. Normal process too, no extra charges. Right now i'm doing the passport renewal myself too.

32 page passport cost 15,000
Address verification 2,000
bank fee 600

Total 17,600

Other documents needed which i have are:

1) Birth certificate
2) LGA/State identification letter
3) Guarantors form (with guarantors photo, International passport and driving license; available here: https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/passport/PassportGuarantor but only printable after you've filled the form as you need your Application Id and Reference No to run it. The website claims "This form is required for only first-time applicants of the Nigerian International E-passport" so it shouldn't ordinarily affect me that just wants to renew, but non the less i'll fulfill all righteousness.)

I stamped my guarantor form at a magistrate court. Cost = N500.

Last time i processed a passport, the interview date was fixed a week later. But now it says interview is October 2020! I guess like driving license you now just go any day of your choice. I'm going to the Immigrations office tomorrow sha for the interview and photo capture.

After the interview, date for pick up will be given. Should usually be a week later. This is the proper way; besides i'm not crazy about same day delivery.

why not pay 25k instead of all this problem, transportation also added
