@Kween2014... tx 4 ur response. No m yet to give birth but will be due anytime soon and we luv for him to be there to witness it as this is our first. I v paid d doctor and hospital bill so i scanned a copy of d receipts to him. The docs he has are as follow
1. Payment of Dr's fees
2. Payment of hospital fee
3. My data page n visa page
4. Dr and hospital correspondence
5. Marriage cert and change of name as my passport still bears my maiden name
6. Copy of budget sheet i made b4 traveling though i didn't need it afterall
7. His employment letter, leave letter, 3months payslip and 3months bank statement with substantial funds in it though we don't really need much funds as almost all things has been taken care of.

We wld be staying with my mum so no hotel booking. What else might u suggest? Looking at ur list though, i think i shld send him a copy of my return ticket also.

I honestly think you have it covered. I actually forgot to mention the marriage cert and change of name bit cos i did that as well.

They can see clearly from their system that you are there and all the claims are verifiable. I don't think he would have any issues at all.

Please has anyone used soulcare concierge at texas before? how close is it to Oakbend and what is the billing like. thanks

You can check google map to be sure of the distance to Oakbend. And also if you contact them ( number also on google), you'll get the billing details and read the terms yourself.

The first question they will ask is "Why did you not declare pregnancy the first time?"
This could be taken as deception and a visa officer in a bad mood could ban you.

You have not helped any chance of getting a visa now.

Ok it is good that you answered yes.
No deception so no problem there.

You just need to read back to learn.
Then contact doctors / hospitals and get your funds in order.
Then re-apply.

Na wa o! I am veery fearful . Mmmmaaaaa lef me hand o! Ehe

@princessbee I agree with Worry. The good news is that u declared. The bad news is that u went unprepared. Let's call a spade by its name and not an instrument of agriculture.
I assume u wanted to birth in the US all along but decided to go via the short cut. If my assumption is wrong then apologies.
But the VO most prolly assumed same. So now u have to work harder, bearing in mind that your burden has increased with the recent rejection. The new vo will be looking over the shoulder of the last vo, figuratively speaking.
Yes u can reapply. Read the ist page of this thread and follow the steps. The summary of which worry gave u

I have been reading all along since last year. I was scared I will be asked to av a #20M bamk statement, which we don't have. And Dr F of oakbend says he doesn't give an invitation letter. He also doesn't take payments through bank without seeing u in person.

Pls house, my question is to those who have Form A to make payment. Which hospital recommendation letter for overseas treatment did you use? Is it Private, secondary or teaching hospital letter?

well like LG stated, you've increased the burden of proof on you because it would raise suspicion before a VO for you to be interviewed two weeks ago for vacay (specifically 2 weeks) and suddenly show up with a new application for childbirth which runs into months.

You'll need to deal with the suspicion of being a possible immigrant as well as prove that you can afford to have your baby in the US.

You need to be very prepared. Do research, make your budget, check other documents people have successfully used and have them ready, but more importantly prepare yourself for the interview. find out doctors and hospitals that accept prepayment and maybe pay ahead (to someone that does refunds oh, to be on the safe side).Your confidence and HONESTY is more important than any document.

it may also help if you can be honest with the members of the thread about what you can afford so you'll be advised with particular reference to your specific case.

wish you all the best.

Hi princessbee,

1) if you have been reading since last year, then you shouldn't have assumed that you will need 20m in your acct to birth in the US. Having said that, I strongly think you should pay a hospital for ur next application as advised by theleakytrible.

2) Why do u think you were refused cos u don't ve ties here? Do you ve a job? Are you married?

3) Did the VO ask you these questions? Did you make an attempt to show the VO your employment letter and marriage cert?

I will be blunt with u. U didn't deserve to get the visa because u saw the light and refused to follow that path.
Who on this thread had 20m in their account?
Is Dr F the only doctor in the whole US?
The only trick u picked up was to admit u were pregnant and then send a letter of intent in a few weeks.
This is our problem. We prefer the easier route. U had America on your mind but u refused to work for it. Why do we create a bad name for ourselves? Oya na. U have learnt the hard way

I deserve d scolding. Took wrong advise. D VO didn't ask for any documents. How only asked where I worked whichbi told him, he also asked my duties which I told him to a point den my little boy pulled my chain n I pauses before I continued he asked another question. Which was how may kids I had n if i was expecting. I didn't know I could show him my introduction letter cos I had all my documents with me.@ the leaky tribe I have access to about #250 k n baby ticket fare.
