Enter a bus/taxi at waterlines bus stop facing the Rumuola direction, tell them you're dropping at second artillery. When you get to the second artillery bus stop, there are taxis there that ply the old aba road route, tell anyone of them to take you down to Rumuogba housing etate.

The estate is along the old aba road.
