I asked same question yesterday here in my office. Jude should have enough skills to strike out on his own rather than staying put as if he cant make it without his brothers.

There is something you are missing.... As long as he is doing a good job at it, why not? And the trio are well BLENDED as non is expendable at the expense of the other. They are like organs of the body. Your heart can't function without blood and neither can your body survive without your head.
