hello,please has Jamb change of course/institution started??.i saw online and i learnt that it has started but getting to the Registration centres,i hear a different thing.ONE told me i should check back on monday and another said they haven't started selling the change of course/institution card. MY PROBLEM IS THAT AM HAVING CONTRADICTING INFORMATION.please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.If it has started,how and where should i go about it. i stay in YABA,LAGOS STATE THANKS
