There's one gov in Imo who inflicts punishment upon people in his home constituency, while he uses the funds of the 27 lgas in his state to build the state capital into a city to touch the sky. For want of what else to build in his state capital, the gov. duplicates or even triplicates same infrastructure in his state capital, never to extend any government infrastructure beyond the state capital.

This is not what the masses need for God's sake. there are hundreds of villages where they can't boast of portable water. no primary health facilities, many villages do not have electricity. I think our leaders should embark on people oriented projects. Don't knw how this shopping mall will benefit people in remote places like Ode and igbonkenyi and other villages in the state.
