This should be taken seriously, cracks are weak points and will contitue till a sudden failure occurs.
Imagine the catastrophe that would happen at the end but if taken a few days or weeks are not taken to access and repair the crack

You are debating a non issue. I have traveled extensively in Nigeria so i know for a fact that it's citizens are dirty. The main reason is out of necessity. It is almost imbedded in it's psyche. There is no waste disposal culture and over time their mentality has been tuned to being dirty. People defecating in public, people pissing in public, people dumping refuse on the streets, people dumping refuse in gutters etc Most Nigerians don't know the standard and aren't qualified to speak on what being dirty is.
