Just observing. You guys should stop the fighting. Am a DC fan but that doesn't stop me from watching Marvel movies. I have enjoyed movies from both comics. Awaiting BvS and Civil war. At least we have the chance to see the first popular African super hero , Black Panther in live action.

Jay is Zoom, Zoom is jay. Meaning they are doppelgangers?
So there are 2 Jays from earth 2 or maybe 3(if I count that masked guy in Doom's abode. The one who tried to helped Barry and Barry promised to save him but that doesn't make sense. why would there be 3 Jays? ).

if Jay is zoom's doppelganger on earth then who is the person jay showed caitlyn to on earth 1?
