That's right. But I didn't know why I got d regret mail after d interview. Despite d fact that d interview went well.

I was just called for the telephone interview, but then getting scared already, this one they sent regret mail to a guy who did well in d CBT(or as I heard, they said it's a combination of all 3 tests(call simulation, problem solving and typing), maybe there was a part he didn't do well?..... Anyway, we are hopeful!

What was d regret mail about, was it about the interview or what, cos it's likely they made a mistake. So u have to clarify if the mail was meant for u or not. Send them a mail if u know the regret message wasn't meant for you. Talking from experience o

You've ended it well "Mk God help person". the guy misyan? God'll forgive you for that. I think it's not all abt my score. (I don't know why I failed). I actually let them know abt my ability for d work and it's my best interview ever cos I was happy when I left their premises unlike my previous interview with. I noticed that there's no enough confidence in d lady that interviewed me and she's not that active to concentrate on me; was busy writing. anyway GOD KNOWS BEST. but if you think you know why I got the regret mail. If you don't mind, pls help me so I won't fail in future. Thanks in anticipation

@Gheritage no vex if ure offfended by my post but I'm just shocked cos I know people with 22%wpm and 80%accuracy currently working for etisalat.. There is something else involved here your score was exceptional I don't think I can even get close..Na God's favor be koko

My friend got a regret mail this morning and he swore the interview was a piece of cake

In the end, it's all about what the panel wants from you. It's best you reapply quickly

Wow, don't get scared please. Your faith, believe and the ability to provide positive responses matters a lot. Just because someone got a regret mail doesn't translate that you will get a regret mail too. There might be an aspect of the test that he didn't do well. Channel your thought on how best you can overcome the hurdles. We don't know the criteria Etisalat use in grading for the tests. STAY POSITIVE

@Gheritage I'm not on bbm..I also learnt there is a trick question they ask about who you know in etisalat if you tell them a name they automatically disqualify you..Hope you didn't fall victim for that

I didn't fall the victim. I told them NO. I was asked if I'm on social media repeatedly and I said YES, they said I should mention them? nd I said Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and they also asked of the trending stories which i also answered correctly...could that be the cause? or they don't want us to be on the social media?
