cckris:I hope the ICC will in return invite the general public to listen to their side of the story as regards to the activities of the shiaits. These are people that believe they are above the low, the block all major highways and bring untold hardship to the populace. At a point people thought they were special citizens. If it takes Burutai type of action to alleviate the sufferings caused by shiaits to the populace so be it. Nigeria must return to rule and other path. As it stands we zaria residents are happy with the development we are enjoying unlimited freedom in decades. |

omoharry:But they should try and understand that we are civilians...take a look @ d incident that happened yesterday in benin between a soldier and a civilian.... According to eyewitnesses, the fight between the army officer, a major, and Mrs Agboghide, was caused by traffic situation in front of the BEDC office due to traffic congestion and indiscriminate parking of vehicles in the area. It was learnt that the woman, who was driving from the Forestry Road axis, was asked to allow vehicles coming from the off Akpakpava axis pass and after allowing about five vehicles pass she insisted on passing thereby obstructing traffic. Eyewitnesses also said that trouble started when the major, who had just left the BEDC office, accosted Mrs Agboghide and asked her to reverse her vehicle so as to allow vehicles coming in the opposite direction pass. It was learnt that the woman declined, leading into fight between the trio of the woman, the major and his wife. In the melee that followed, it was learnt that teargas cannister was used on the woman, while she retaliated by damaging the army officer’s car. The army officer was said to have retaliated by inviting two army officers within the vicinity, who joined him to beat up Mrs Agboghide to a pulp and damaged her car including the wind screen and the rear screen that were shattered. Security was beefed up in the area as members of the civil society group and family members besieged the BEDC office, alleging complicity of BEDC in the beating up of the woman. It was learnt that Mrs Agboghide was later taken to hospital after she first reported at a police station. A member of the civil society, Kola Edokpaye, alleged that the army officer called upon by the major were those attached to the BEDC, giving the name of one of them as Daniel. Sources within the BEDC, however, said that the company was not in any way connected to the fiasco, adding that attempts were being made to unravel the identity of the army officer as he did not write his name in any register before he departed the BEDC. 1 Like |

flokii: Honey, there is civil war in Syria. No civil war in Nigeria. There were youths from a particular faith that blocked road. The road got cleared with force and then afterwards attacks on other people of the same religious faith followed at other locations; and it is being reported hundreds were killed and missing. Let's pray for peace and for human life to be respected. 1 Like |

The Nigerian Army, Buhari and that midget Hell-ruffian has been given a task by the Saudi sunni to wipe out Shia in Nigerian. The blocked road was just an excuse. Sorry people for moving away from the topic. I don't seem to be hearing the chant of Chanji again in Nairaland or had it been considered as an abominable act by the zombies again or maybe the fire of Chanji had engulfed them and they are now struggling to feed themselves as the chanji had become very cheap now than before in the market. Back to the topic :B*afrans are preparing their own suit at icc and they are already working with one professor in ICC who will help out to make sure that Dullardipo of Daura and Brutashi had a permanent domain in the Hague forever. 2 Likes |

ZhulFiqar: Good when pple think peace... But i think what aggravated the situation is that this guys have been a nuisance for a long time to we zaria residents. Imagine you wld be driving on the road and some dude just spreads his mat on the major cos he wants to pray... They wld even harrass if u dare insist of asking y. Now they did it to the COAS and they decided to solve this selfish religious problem with one blow... Must pple die first before religions begin to collect sense...see how zaria roads are now free esp on fridays. Its causes a lot of inconvenience. Y must pple force there believes on others, in this case obstruct traffic. It very selfish and unloving to disturb the masses with ones religious believes. Same thing goes for those churches along Lagos Ibadan express way that causes heavy traffic cos of there camp.. Or those church and mosque, who use loud speakers to disturb the neighborhood. Killing is totally condemned.... Let religions as well sensitize there adherents to practice without inconveniencing non believer |

michylabo: My brother let's agree on condemning all killings and calling for peace. Going after them in the clerics house and their place of worship after clearing the road with force doesn't sit well with many people. In cities as big and as important as New York and London, Shiite do their procession and the security agencies guard them and facilitate its peacefulness. If each time a church or a mosque blocks road we'd have killings, then we are all guilty and condemned to die. It still happens in major cities. As for the Zaria residents, they condemn road blocking and complain of being restricted during religious commemorations of the Shiite. Have they issued any statement or come out to complain or disassociate themselves from those amongst them who were captured on video looting the corpses of the killed Shia worshippers? Or does two wrongs make a right? 1 Like |

flokii: Is that why they should be killed? First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me. 1 Like |

It is frustrating to imagine how heartless and insensitive some people are. How can you compare youths blocking the road with cols blooded massacre of defenseless people in their home and mosque. So the people in the mosque were also blocking road abi? Haba, imagine those people were your family members how would you feel. I hope everyone involved in this atrocity will be punished. |

ZhulFiqar: Two wrongs never makes a right..totally agree. And no excuse for killing pple whether on the road or in there homes.... Religious leaders shld help sensitize there pple..whether christain or muslim; to be considerate of others... I am not in support of infringing on other pples right whether its the army or religious body |

agurza: As a female, one would expect that you be more sympathetic to the bereaving and sorrows which confronts another human being but the reverse is the case they block your highways and cause a bad traffic situation, so lets annihilate them all Good thinking I hope you know that when you accidentally block their convoy, the same treatment could be melted out as things could be exaggerated lets not condone evil, otherwise it would become the norm 1 Like |
