wait ooh,Guys I did my regularisation last year before applying for Direct entry.Hope I'm not going to do it again this year. because I tried checking my admission status .its showing "Sorry No admission given yet"

Well, since the jamb number is still valid and you're in that same institution you were offered admission, I think you're good to go.
You can make more enquiries on this from your school though!

First of all, did you try checking your admission status with the reg number you were given during regularization or the previous one?
Secondly, I experienced a similar problem during nysc registration saying my jamb number wasn't correct only to find out the regularisation stuff didn't submit (just like mtn registration stuff, where you have registered only to be told to go and register your Sim again) mind you, I used that same number to register for DE last year ooo.
All you have to do is just re regularise the number on Jamb site.
If it's already regularised, it'd tell you the number has been regularised. Then, you're good to go.

yes,As soon as I got the new jamb reg. I went to validate it by filling in my details with my biometrics.then it was activated. I then proceed to register my Direct entry with the jamb reg last year. unfortunately,i was not lucky to gain admission last year.

it is majorly for those that did part time during ND and HND days...Also it is for those that do not have their names and course of study in JAMB's database...it is just a way of curbing irregularities during d.e registration such as forgery of result ... just chill it is done by the school u finished from.. u just pay certain amount of money and u get regularised in a week or two... without this number u will not be able to register if u don't have a valid jamb number......

What if u had to change course and didnt graduate with what JAMB offered u initially, wud u need regularisation too?

here is d URL www.jamb.org.ng , click on the year I.e 2013 then click on check admission status . insert the Jamb Registration number In the box, a congratulation msg containing ur full name will be display on ur screen. hence, there will be no need for regularization. but if it display No admission given yet, you will need to go to your school for the regularization process.

alright. Experience shows that not all that got Admission through Jamb really got regularized by them. Some does while others don't. Those that does can successfully check their Admission Status on Jamb site and vice versa. But if in anyway those that does have 'Admission Checking' problems, then they also have nothing but to do the much talked about regularisation. So Jamb or No Jamb, once one is unable to find his successful Admission status on www.jamb.org.ng, then the only possible and viable way is to rectify it is through REGULARIZATION!
