And Does making the merit list guarantee automatic admission. Because people keep telling me I cant enter because a lot of people are seeking admission into the university and they can only take about 2000 or so. And it would be a case of 'survival of the fittest'

make 60 percent overall and. Merit will be sure ,if you are fom catchment states..maybe lower
