No, Budget of Change and restoration

Wake up that budget is not as valuable as the paper it was printed on. The most useless budget ever. By the way budget won't provide food or employment cos it is only projections and estimates without spine. Once the leadership is poor even angelic budget will be poor. To expect any emergency sound outcome from a govt that couldn't do the simplest part of budget drafting is self deceiving!
