Ok my box is running on that s/w version dated 19/06/14 but the audio issue persists. Just so you know, no patch has been released after then for the srt69 series & that's where the issue lies!!!

Yes confirm almost all the channels @eutelsat 9e.the inbuild account which is a test version open all the channels using internet connection.

@all, after reading a post by Ugotu, i realise that the NSS7 sat that host MTN worldwide, is almost dead, it has reach its life span, it started broadcasting in the year 2002 to this year, some beams has be retired, may be within two months from now u wouln't recieve that sat again, lets hope they will migrate to a satelite that we can recieve with 1m dish.

Direction east side and position your lnb to 6'oclock for better signal. use TV togo frequency 11747H27500 with is free channel and not HD.you can get upto 75 as signal quality with 1.8m.GOODLUCK

Right now am together with a friend which is a dealer of alpha box and he confirm to me that it is not an inbuild account that open the channels.being him as their dealer here in kebbi for each alpha box receiver they offered him a free test cccam account duration 90 days.contact your supplier there is test cccam account for each alpha box receiver which they refuse to give u peaple

Guys, I need help. My Strong 4922 had power issues n I gave it out for repairs, d guy brought it bk but I cudnt get Multi TV. I invitd a tech guy to fix it n we realizd polarity "H" cudnt hook any channels. Only "V" worked. Goin by dis development, d guy says my channels access is limited.

I need suggestions on wat to do, pls.
Can it be repaired? Or shud I buy a new decoder?...
Which is d best to buy, n at how much?

Pls guru's in the house can someone explain in layman's language the actual meaning of lnb skew. As in how can I tweak my lnb to all these 6 0.clock or 9 0'clock....am just a newbie learning the ropes..

Use 11475v27500 and try to get up to 65-66%,then blind scan to get MBC at 11560v27500 at 62% and above for non cracking signal.let your lnbf be at 10 oclock .remember to try different locations if you have enough space and try to straighten your dish if you have an old dish cos it might have fallen a couple of times.in this game of precision,dish perfection matters.

Bro the same here.. oooo, i have been trying this bet with my 2. 4m dish for the past week now here in GH - Kumasi to be precise but to no avail , the annoying thing is i keep on getting 4.5e and 7e with most of the 9e frequencies , so i guess the bet is not achievable with the size of dish that has been mentioned here in Ghana.

Though I've not been able to track on 90cm I think with 2.4m, you should get it. Use 11804v 27500 or 11747 h 27500

I tried 9e bt l only got Malagasy & startime tps green bt no 9e, pls a clue 2 nail it .

@ManirBK, i bought 1m startime dish, conical scaler ring and CBand lnbf, i just waist my money for nothing, just keep me updated when it is recievable on my dish size, so that i can track the sat, spending up to 10k plus for those items.
