select the brush tool, press F5 and apply the appropriate settings

it should be up a menu and u'll see brush hardness... set it to 100

Why bother to use the hardest way to do this? Three photos and using Adobe Photoshop Watermark to blend them into one, the background as the first layer watermark, a figure photo with transparent background in the second, thirdly, the signature. It can be finished within half a minute. Aren't they more awesome and more convenient? I bet this operations do.

besides, I could get the perfect watermark by just using 'add layer style'
