The frank truth is that, Christianity cannot be equated with any religious association, or group. For instance, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, according to the Gospel. Whosever believes is a believer (1 John5:12) , a Christian; and whosever does not believe is an unbeliever, an ANTI-CHRIST. ( 1John 5:4-5, 12; & 2John 7, 10).
In fact, the Gospel truth is, Christianity & other religions, like Islam, are opposite. There's no meeting point.
While we must live peaceably with all men, irrespective of their faith, we cannot be liberal with the truth, because it's the Truth that can set free.
Jesus Christ is this Truth. The Way, the Truth,and the Life.

I like the pope, he is a fine man. I like the Catholic faith, too but I really frown at their many rituals. Christianity is not methodical, it's as inspired by the Spirit.
