Yea Jonathan's administration underestimated the gullibility of the masses..they were thinking that their works will speak for them, while their political opponents were going about on the media planting seeds of misinformation to the less informed populace (a weakness of GEJ administration)... Even Amaechi(after becoming a minister) confessed to not being aware of the massive railway projects, a whole governor?! So you can imagine the awareness of the common man.why do you think states like anambra are beginning to show their achievements on the media?
