Fellow nairalanders i wonder if u can advice me, my sister lives in a flat with her husband and children, I went to her place over the weekend as we were gisting I heard moaning and i thought someone was in pain and to my surprised it was the neighbour below having sex, i was shocked and i thought it was funny but my sis was angry she said her children are curious to know what is happening, she does not know what to tell them. she wants to confront the couple but her husband told her not too. Because of that she does not let her children go outside and play. The funny thing is that, the girl is so loud and am like i told her to confront them but she won't. |

how about informing the landlord/lady about the spontaneous loud noise? and like agathamari said they should make sure they're not loud themselves cox it could back fire on them. |

I am sorry but children are involved. Is the husband secretly enjoying the moaning self. She needs to speak to them preferably with her husband going with her. It should not be confrontational. Do it the nice way and see if that works. If not then maybe they need to tape it and let the landlord listen to it |

na wa o You see why people should build their own homes and move away from flats and apartments. A couple can't even enjoy themselves freely on their own bed Poverty is a bad thing 1 Like |

sophy09: Your brother in law should buy a piece of land and build a home for his family. That is the only solution if not next time the neighbors upstairs and downsrtairs will be doing it at the same time. He'd better have an answer for the kids why the whole building is shaking and people are screaming yet no one is running out. Do they know what the neighbors have had to endure while they were conceiving their own kids It's payback time |

$osisi:u don dey pose, may be u just manage build one,man no go hear word. everyone cannot build a house:who'll rent ur flats if everybody build houses. reason jare!even in d west na everybody get house. As far as i am concerned moaning is not a disturbance. they should mind their business,or better still enjoy d moaning. |

So somebody cannot enjoy the Dikk in peace. Madam, make una go use play play talk to your neighbour, because if una carry wahala go meet them, the moaning go increase oo and you cannot do anything about it. If you report give landlord, you dey waste time because no landlord go give person quit notice cos of moaning especially when the tenant is good with his rent. |

She needs to talk to the guy of the pair. Tell him to play some music for the kids benefit cos I am absolutely sure that noisy chicks can't stay quiet when in the act 1 Like |

sophy09: The neighbours have the right to moan as loud as they want in their OWN flats at ANY time they want. If they are fighting and making noise, do you go to confront them. |
Re: Loud Neighbours by Nobody: 3:20am On Feb 13, 2018 |
Outstrip: Sorry, you can't control what happens in other people's apartments, but you can control yours. For instance, you can increase the TV volume or play music or even use that opportunity to educate the children on sex. I know sex education is difficult for African parents. The latter part of your post is for jobless people and lowlife with poor and myopic worldview/mentality. Best to mind your business |
