Pls adm. I don't know if this is the right place to post my problem. I have a Toshiba Window 8 ultrabook laptop core 13 (the type that looks like an iPad, you can slide it to reveal the keypad, it has no CD/DVD ROM only USB slot). The problem is when it is powered on it only shows "Password=_" at the top left hand corner of the screen without displaying the window logo. Some one told me it is asking for an administrators password. Pls can any tech guru in the house help me out with the password? pls & pls I need your help asap.

1. My Dell laptop hangs while using MSwords once some sone numbers and letters start showing on the tool bars.

2. After loading the screen becomes coloured with lines. It didn't fall or crack. I am told that it is expired so I need to replace the screen.

Voltage of 18.5 but I tested the charger with a voltmeter and it gives me voltages between 16.0-17.9v. Is the actual voltage supposed to be lower than the charger rating?

The charger might be working, but it might not be delivering the correct voltage. So, you can start by borrowing a similar adapter from someone and testing the system with it.

If it doesn't power on still, then find a way to charge your battery or borrow a similar one and then test it on your computer. Let me know your findings.

I'll try look for one, tho it'll be quite difficult since I use HP 620 (old stuff). When I get one I'll give you info. Will also be going to computer village if I can't get any here in my area. So when I'm there, I'd ask to have the laptop tested with another charger, if it doesn't work then I go for repair..

I'll also try the option of using another ba3 because my ba3 has been having issues for sometimes now. Doesn't last any longer but adaptor should at least power the laptop without the ba3 (if ba3 was the only issue).

is goes up and comes down unstoppable?
meanwhile try another charger of ur prescribed pc voltage.

Yes, the voltage is fluctuating, which surprises (thought it was only alternating current that fluctuates). Couldn't find another charger so I will go to computer village to look for it, but on the condition that it charges my laptop before I buy it. If it doesn't charge then I go to an Engineer to help me fix it.

Please help.... My Laptop ( HP G3 250 Notebook ) have this issue of playing my music and video from the speaker as well as from the Earpiece when plug (i.e even when i plug in my ear piece in the system, it will still be playing via the speaker and at the same time playing via the earpiece too) I've tried everything possible from the settings but the problem still persist.

Make sure it is plugged in. I mean the earphones. Post a screenshot of your playback devices.

I installed pes2015 on it and it keeps on telling me it need 512ram mb to play perfectly

have tried all my possible best ooh I even got a drivers but I noticed the media adapter only one was drived I tried driving the second adapter yet it not driving. please help oooo

I believe it's referring to the amount of dedicated video RAM.

Bro you need to update your video driver, you can specify your pc model and download it or simply buy driver pack solution dvd software to drive and update it

"Microsoft toolkit 2.6 beta 5" should do...u can download it online... i jes activated mine yestdae

You need to give more details about it, after switching it on did you see anything like the pc model logo or anything, how did the problem start?

Good evening gurus in the house. I really appreciate your good work here.
Pls I just got an HP15 some weeks back. Windows 8.1 installed. However,
1. most of the apps on the tiles are not opening;like music, store, video, etc.
2. It also says I can't project to another screen, that I shld re-install the drivers or change the video card
3. How do I check the dedicated vidooeo card and graphics card memory
4. The blueooth device is not working,its not seeing any device and cannot be seen
What can I do solve these problems.
Pls, I would love a step-by-step process if possible.

this is a common issue and ive searched d whole of google and cant seem to find solution to this problem. my hp laptop of 4months doesnt charge fully,it stops at 97% and then says not charging. someone with experience shld pls tell me how he solved this issue. tnx
