Dear Nairalanders

What Nigerian food are good for diabetes. I presently reside abroad and I am able to manage my diabetes with so many options of food to eat but when I am in Nigeria, I don't know which food is good for diabetic. Can any fellow sufferers or dietician or doctors in the house tell me which of our Nigerian food is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner

When next you visit Nigeria give me a call let's put an end to this diabetes challenge. It's 100% herbal. You never mention the type, if it was diabetes type 1 or diabetes type 2. A trial will change your life.
