Baby's who lost dir mother can have Nan 1. That's a diff issue entirely.

If d baby lost d mother and use milk, the milk will be healthy for her but if d mum is alive but circumstances beyond her control couldn't make her give milk exclusively, are u saying, it will not be healthy....

She do try to bring out milk and keep in filling bottle but d milk doesn't come out much, they say she should get breast pump but she fear it has side effects...

Since there is no side effects, we will go with milk... The mum breastfeed her and we use milk when she goes to school.... She spend maximum 7hrs in skol, so the rest time of d day, d baby sucks...

You can use formula milk, there is nothing wrong with it, they can be used in the case of very hungry babies. Exclusive breast feeding sometimes can be a hindrance if you have to be away from your child, so do what is practical for you. By the way the formula milk are designed babies from birth all the way to 1 year. Make sure you check that the formula is appropriate for his or her age.
