This is how you are going to kill yourself because that 5k can't even buy an average hosting after purchasing domain name.

Someone smart is going to purchase 1 cent domain for you and maybe put you on a fancy free web host and collect your money.
Problem is free web hostings are highly unreliable with lot's of restrictions.
Also a 1 cent domain would require a huge amount on renewal.

Also this is how a lot of you get scammed because it's not everyone that would want to let you go so they would just collect the little you are willing to Pay and move on

So from the nonsense I have been saying so far, I hope I have not been able to Confuse you but Convince you that You get what You pay for.
