My story goes thus:

When it was just myself and dh,libido was good, any and every corner
Tho I experienced TTC for a few years, had hormonal imbalance,suffered a miscarriage then bled off and on for about 4months post MVA and I got distabilized
Sex became an obligation

Fast forward to my preggies,dh no gree me rest and wasn't bad cos I guess hormones too were high,like 3 to 4 times per week
Resumed 8weeks post partum for all my babies.

Having to take care of 2kids and a preg wasn't easy with my shift work tho hubby assist when he can.
Days wen am on afternoon, he will pick the kids from the creche and sort them out and days am on night he takes charge

Then they became 3 and I went libidoless
Got my first maid in august after much persuasion from me cos he doesn't like the idea but I can not cum and die but libido has not been the same
Guess I need a vacation badly away from home,work and kids, maybe for 3days-aweek
Am exhausted most times as I work @ the emergency unit but once dh wanna go down, nothing can stop him
He's being supportive and wonderful

@Nursekaffy, I thought they say nurses are good with very high libido and that they know how to make it happen? Abi na lay man talk? So I believe too. But I haven't heard that from a medical professional just we we na im we dey discuss am.

I'm sure your Ob/gyn has referred one to you. Ignore all the 'suggestions' by people. Multiple pregnancies are classified high risk and given close monitoring! There is lady in my other thread; she had triplets too and can help with tips. Search for 'Nogen'. God bless and keep you and your babies

I have to come out of my hiding and Silent mode. Good to hear am not alone in this libidoless issue. I have been thinking I have one kind of ailment am yet to diagnosis properly o. I have someone that help at home but once oga wants to get down below its usually a problem for me due to total dryness. pls mamas in the house any natural remedy as in what can one be taking to make one lubricate well. cos I dey always nurse my down below for days due to little bruises. a friend suggested taking cloves after bringing it to a boiling point and allow it to cool. I started that but it leaves me with heart burn yet I no see any difference for the few times I took it. abeg any one with suggestion on natural things to take so the express way go free. I am thinking of getting a lubricant but fear of possible reaction is not allowing me use that. Infact some days back I had to apply coconut oil as lubricant but don't know if its safe to use. its well

Pls and pls, what is the normal value for pcv? They say am a little bit anaemic. Have done all the test to see if it's being caused by bacteria but am good, no bacteria. Just that it shows that my wbc is a bit low and reason for the aneamia.

Pls what can I eat to boost my wbc and increase my pcv count?
