Bring your drawing here, I promise you, you will be glad you did. Be inform location also matter, If you have not done your soil test kindly pls understand its very important.

In ajah area of lagos it will cost 3.5m while in a none water logged area it will cost 2.7m bring any design it won't fail

There's no way that you can be exact in estimate without full plans and location, at the minimum.

Thank you sir for the concern but 75% of 2bdrm flats comes ensuite no ante room it's mostly a simple design and secondly he said to to lintel level it won't fail.
