You chose right with the Rivers or Cross River state then. That's for the pay. Enugu's pay is good also. But u might have issues with a relatively high cost of living.

But Osun/Oyo states have less/no traffic issues, very low cost of living but less pay. Kano/Kaduna also are as good as Osun/Oyo too.

Ist: you implied that crossRiver pays well, this is not the case, they pay N3000 only
2nd: you mentioned that there is high cost of living in Enugu, I totally disagree with you on this. Enugu is not expensive when compared to other mega cities. Enugu has the least expensive transport system when compared to other states(using der capitals as case study). The most expensive thing there is their girls we call them "umu asa 042"
