very hot teams right there

The only hot team is Ghana. Nothing spectacular about Egypt, Cameroon and Algeria. You should mention South Africa even before Egypt, Cameroon and Algeria.

As for Nigeria, we need great finishers in our team. We need players who can score set pieces and who can take long range shots. We need players who can bury aerial balls. In short, we need goal scorers. How can we have terrible defenders and still have horrible strikers?

Get off your high horse Miss. You couldn't have been hungrier for a win than the coach and those players.

I think we have an expectation problem, we haven't matched the quality of players we have with our expectations. Pains me to say, but our players are average. Even if you picked the team today, it's not a given that Nigeria would have gotten a result.
I had no expectation after seeing such a useless line-up

We discussed this line-up on a previous thread and there was a general consensus against the Aminu fellow, evn my kid brother knew not to start that fellow.

Second time in a row that Siasia ensures we don't qualify for AFCON, well done to him and NFF. I hope we can all see how inefficient the man is as a Senior team coach

Have always said it . Siasia is only good at using over age player at. Under age level . He killed this game
Siasia tried. Olise is to b blamed. He is a coward nd inexperience coach. He led the team into d difficult stage nd ran. I salute the courage of Siasia to assemble a team within a week to face rebranded Egyptians.

Thank God we didn't make it. These boys would have gone to disgrace the country in the tournament had they qualified. No commitment and zeal to win the game..Our coach too was confused and berieved of technical know-how. Most of our coaches lack ability to select right players, read matches and make right substitution..There was no sharpness in the attack. Ighalo didn't give Egyptians defenders problem at all. They pocketed him both home and away. He was playing big man football. Also, our defense was very weak and midefield porous.

Hope we have learnt our mistakes and won't repeat them in subsequent qualifiers.

.
We had a coach who won us the nations cup and got to the second round of the world cup, instead of renewing his contract to motivate him more, we started pulling him down by saying all sorts including NFF who frustrated him all the way cos the govt of the day won't allow them to sack him, then we had a silly amaju who from day one said the former winning coach could not read matches and brought in a coward as a coach who ran away when the heat was on.

We are the architect of our own problems, let's continue to change our coaches like underwears and pulling one another down as that is the only way we know how to move forward in Nigeria. Rubbish.

Siasia is just a victim of circumstance

Algeria and ghana are the best teams in africa...the way both teams played germany in the last world cup is just wow.....not like the Nigerian team, when a ghana player holds the ball he plays it with great confidence unlike Nigerian players....

Sometimes I wonder why they call them professionals. They are suppose to be really good at what they do. But even the basics they seem not to have grasped

Honestly speaking.
Even with 3 Moses
1. Moses Simon
2. Victor Moses
3. Ahmed Musa (Moses)
Nigeria couldn't conquer the Egyptians. A job that 1 Moses did before. Which type of Moses (Musa) do we have in Nigeria sef? Na wa ooo

If not for our keeper
Egypt should be up 3-0
Our players are too slow in their build up to the point of being predictable
Passes are wayward and Ighalo has no help or NO Deeney. Right now he is running around like a chicken with his head cut off.

To say a team has Musa and moses on the same team and they are not terroririzing the pharaohs back line is shocking
Which keeper?
Is that a keeper?

don't agree with you. Add two points to two, till be four, still three points short of Egypt's seven. The draw in Kaduna killed us.

Siasia's selection weren't spectacular. He ought to have dropped Ighalo and bring in Adi, who is very tricky. We just need a good technical adviser to handle this team.
