I am a bit over the edge person, I argue a lot, I don't take corrections, and I'm very proud and rude.. . I try to control it but it just keeps reflecting in my lifestyle.. Me and my dad has fought over it several times.. our relationship is very strained and uneasy at the moment. I'm crying now, that pride, and carefree attitude is killing me and I can't control it.. I can't even keep a girlfriend for up to 2months, they all leave because most of them can't put up with my attitude.. its killing me! help please... I need somebody to talk to.. or at least advice me |

I believe what you should do is find a way to control your anger and bad attitude as you complained. Try as much as you can to avoid whatever it is that makes you behave the way you do. I know that if you put interest in trying to control this your bad attitude, you will find a way out of it. |

Your matter na demonic problem. U need to go see babajuju make he cast d demon comot. But on a serious note, ure simply choleric. That's d weakness of choleric temperaments. If u really wanna change. Get knowledge about temperament. It will help u to manage urself well and understand how to cope with others. It works like magic. When u shd keep quiet u will know. Next step is tapping from the limitless supply of your will power to handle them Next is keeping up the tempo and picking yourself back up without hating yourself too much when u fail to reach some of your goals The last step is actually changing your stock of friends and hobbies. Try telling everyone that comes into your life about your problem very early so it can keep them in check whenever there is a disagreement. Like HateU2 has said, learn the breathing exercise. It does magic to your hormones and keeps you relaxed. See a psychologist too. |

1# Get away .....Take a walk Sit in a empty room Stand on the balcony Just find a secluded space and calm down. 2# Clear your mind Count to 100 ....It sounds silly but focuse on the counting and you'll find your calm after awhile. But you gotta focuse OR #3 listen to music ..... it's calming Focuse on the lyrics, sing along if you need to. Basically your cooling off so you can better handle the situation. Lending voice on knowing your temperament, go and read the book titled "" WHY YOU ACT THE WAY YOU DO "" By Tim Harley. I once had this challenge cos i'm a melancholy but after reading this book, i can now freely relate with people. It will help you to know your strength and weaknesses and how best to deal with them.
