I'm trying to link my stanbic card to my paypal account buy I haven't received the DR alert and paypal code. I've also checked my online statement, it's not there. Does it usually take this long with stanbic?

is that the first card you're linking to your PayPal? if it's not, don't bother waiting for alert. just go ahead and select it when you want to check out.

I don't think so.
GTB doesn't support DCC, they'll still charge you 299.5 .
