mandax:Truth remains he is a threat to the sovereignty of Nigeria. He is also a TERRORIST as he was pushing for violence! If allowed to his vices there would probably be another Biafran war. I hate war and what it can do so anyone who advocates for violence is a terrorist and should therefore rot in Jail. 4 Likes |

Could it be that the great nnamdi kanu wants to chicken out? I have always said the guy was doing it for money, where are all his supporters eh? People should face the simple fact: Biafra movement is dead!! If the South eastern governors, Ohaneze and other pressure groups in the south east wont support the movement this stunt cant work. Our ibo brothers have once again proven the popular adage: Inyamuri ba mutum ba. As a long as theres a choice between money and life, they will always choose money over life and principle. 6 Likes |

Kanu is 1st a Nigerian before he was granted British citizenship. Why agitating for Biafra knowing he is British 2nd citizen? The nutty boy should be taught a prison lession. 1 Like |

winj: If he wasn't actually born in the UK, he can actually be stripped of his UK citizenship. Imagine if you wtite to the Uk for helkp as a British citizen and the end of it all is the UK strips you of it's citizenship? "Under section 40 of the British Nationality Act 1981 (as amended), an order to deprive a person of their British citizenship can be made if the Home Secretary is satisfied that: it would be conducive to the public good to deprive the person of their British citizenship status and to do so would not render them stateless; or the person obtained their citizenship status through naturalisation, and it would be conducive to the public good to deprive them of their status because they have engaged in conduct “seriously prejudicial” to the UK’s vital interests, and the Home Secretary has reasonable grounds to believe that they could acquire another nationality; or the person acquired their citizenship status through naturalisation or registration, and it was obtained by means of fraud, false representation or concealment of any material fact. In the second and third scenarios, a person may be deprived of their British citizenship even if this would leave them stateless. “Conducive to the public good” means depriving in the public interest on the grounds of involvement in terrorism, espionage, serious organised crime, war crimes or unacceptable behaviours. |

MissGdope: You don't know what Sovereignty means. You don't know what Terrorist means. A nation remains sovereign with the tacit agreement of people in it. If a large group in a nation object to the sovereignty of the nation, a referendum is used to ascertain the next direction. Force is not used to keep a nation sovereign, else, the old Soviet Union with all of Russia's Nuclear bombs could have kept the Sovereignty of the Soviet Union. A Terrorist is a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. How does Nnamdi Kanu come into the definition above? He had not used any unlawful violence against Nigeria or anybody. Asking for secession is not intimidation of civilians. As for your fear of war, perhaps you live in the Western World, the peace and freedom you enjoy there, millions of young people sacrificed their lives to win the peace and freedom from the Nazis and other war mongers, the same way millions of Igbos sacrificed their lives to free Biafra from Nigeria. 2 Likes |

Most heroes around the world faced likely troubles in order to achieve their dreams, some even died in the process. To be a hero is not just to subscribe to Internet and comment unreasonably to every topic without even considering the reverse effects of ur childish comments. Let me teach you a little lesson, Nnamdi Kanu's case involves 2 things, it is either he dies in the course or he comes victorious. In both cases he is still a Hero. But how will a hostile commentator like you see urself after he becomes winner ? Honestly you will look like a foolish fool. Talk less and listen more. |

winj: From the last count, there are more Yoruba drug dealers in Nigeria than the Igbo. Even the Political Leader of entire Yoruba today had to exchange prosecution with paying millions of US Dollars of drug money back to the Americans in the early 1990s. Another big Yoruba drug baron/senator is fighting against extradition to the US up till now. No Igbo Senator is fighting extradition over drug. Igbos do not have drug dealer as political leader. All you crude oil patriots of one Nigeria, Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB are your nemesis today. 1 Like |

Longeria: You this people are deluded and think you are smart but so utterly foolish, it is not even funny. You think writing a letter to a foreign country will change anything when Kanu committed the offence against Nigeria, which in fact is a naturally born citizen? Nigeria has exactly has much rights to try Kanu comprehensively and the British know this and he was a Nigerian citizen first before being British. Nigeria is a sovereign country, and it is not up to the British or any other country to meddle in our affairs. That said, everyone, the British, and even Ibos know Kanu IS A FLIGHT RISK AND WILL RUN BACK TO ENGLAND AS SOON AS OPPORTUNITY PRESENTS ITSELF, JUST LIKE OJUKWU THE BIGGEST AND FIRST COWARD TO RUN TO ABIDJAN AFTER HELPING TO KILL 3 Million of Ibos. Kanu and his Ibos say his arrest was part of some phantom plan, months ago. Now they are trying to pivot, isn't it? Do you think anyone bought the ruse that it was part of the plan? A plan hiding away under a woman's bosom in Lagos, while his pregnant wife was in the UK? If it was a plan, he should have taken a flight to Abuja and on arrival at the airport should have asked for the SSS, demanded to meet the president and insist on driving state to Aso Rock or Kuje prison to the wait for Buhari if he was busy or out of the country. Again, Kanu is a flight risk, his British status cannot change that, the U.K. Government would rather not spend their own money and time arresting a flight risk and deporting him to face charges, etc - wasting money and time! Let Kanu be shown all his videos and voice transcript of Biafrat Radio hate messages and be asked it is him or not. These videos are all available on YouTube. As soon as he confirms it is him, he will be convicted as guilty and served the death penalty of treason. He will be transferred to death row where he will be held incommunicado. His lawyers, ibos, etc can write letters with big English but just as the British know how giving a non-British a visa and disappears in the UK, Kanu will do exactly the same. Then, he will be using delay tactics in the UK, stalking trial, deportation back to Nigeria and using propaganda like Ojukwu to whip up emotional sentiments against his extradition and saying he will not be given a fair trial, bla bla bla. As far as I am concerned, let him start his defense and if convicted die for his crimes. He said Nigeria is a zoo, he must be asked to confirm and repeat that statement before his execution! All his hate messages have not stopped the country and even after his execution, no one is one bat an eyelid as we will just move on as a country. This will serve as a deterrent to another would be terrorist who would be using secession as a cover for crimes in future. 4 Likes |

DaBullIT: Exactly. Any form of civil unrest especially one where there's been links to arms and ammunition is seriously frowned at these days. The mess at Libya and Syria is there. The Brits are still trying to work out a solution and one idiot wants to start another civil war in nigeria. Kanu will rot in a Nigerian jail. In fact, if buhari vexes, he will hang terrorism charges on his neck and inform the UK Home office and MI5 that Kanu is a terrorist. If that happens, his assets will be freezes (including all the thousands of pounds from gullible iPod people sitting in his bank accounts) and his citizenship will be revoked. No country in smiling these days. Every threat must be nipped in the bud. 2 Likes 1 Share |
