First you'll need a pc and sp flash tools (for flashing in the downloaded lollipop rom) installed on the pc, then you'll need to install some drivers that'll make the sp flash tool detect your phone and depending on your operating system this step can be a serious pain in d butt. After all these, thats pretty much about it. And prepare to wait for say 5-10mins after you flash your phone to start using it.

Hello all, i just bought my infinix hote note on saturday 26th march. I kept receivimg prompts for update. I updated to the latest version and my battery performance has dropped significantly. What do i do in this case? Can i recert back to the version that wasbit beforre i updated it.

Guys I suffered from slow charging and my phone not connecting to my computer for months until I went to Finet Plaza in computer village yesterday to get my charging port flex fixed. It took barely 20minutes and now my phone is back and better. Connects to systems now and d fast charge is back. If you have this issue I suggest u visit them or call 0803 860 3994 instead of waiting for Carlcare that'll just delay u or not solve ur problem.
