we wouldn't know if the members of the interview panel (whom I suspect will be very senior staff) may not take part actively in the conduct of the exams.

to my best knowledge everyone is always part of it directly or indirectly. council always want an itch free examination but stil i might be wrong. you guys might be called for interview before end of exams
