Mama's am in serious need of a soln.. I should be in my 10th week now, team October mummy. My problem is loss of appetite. I can't eat anything. I try eating den vomit all.I look sooo pale and sick (bt am nt sick in IJN!

Sorry for the MS. There must be some thing yourbody can tolerate once you eat it so you don't go vomiting. ONCE you find out what that is, u can just be eating that while trying to find out what else your body can tolerate. Meanwhile acute MS should be reported in the hospital. Mention the exact names of the drugs you are already on so we can know exactly whether to advise adding another thing or not.
As an encouragement, in 2-3weeks time, this shall also pass away. Once you enter 2nd trimester, hopefully your appetite will return.

welcome mama. it is called morning sickness& it's part of the package. If you are already taking prenatal drug(s), I don't think there is need for the multivitamin. You just need to make sure that you are not dehydrated. Take as much fliud as you can tolerate.
Hold on, other mamas will torchlight your matter. e-hugs to you.

@ [b][/b]nazablossom , keep your faith strong and your hope alive. God will make a way out for you. As a suggestion, hope you are using a Government hospital for your ANC. IF not, please try and register there now so you can birth there to reduce cost, especially just in case a C.S is what may be required to keep you and baby safe! Things are relatively cheaper in govt hospitals.
I would also suggest, I don't know which town you stay. If there is an OK market where you stay, can you check to see if you can find some of the remaining items you need to buy there ? Maybe you can find them cheaper there.

Hi dear, have you tried eating very lil portions at intervals. Also try not to drink water immediately after meal. Figure out what you can tolerate and eat up. Try and belch after eating, it helps. If you can tolerate lucozade drink( not boost) it sure helps. Lucozade on ice. That was my "meal" for some days.

@iyabetajos, how are you ?? Hope the contractions have finally stopped. Am eager to hear from you.I want to hear that you have been discharged. God be with you and your LO.

Sis nazablossom, I feel your pain sis, honestly. The season is so trying that we end up asking God why me? Why are others prospering and I am not, why do they have abc and I have nothing.

Let me share with you something, in January, hbby would wake up every morning and get dressed like he was going to work. That month end I was shocked when the Landlady came with someone announcing that she needed us out there and then. I looked at the woman like she was crazy, my hubby would never owe rent. He came and they talked, he gave her excuses I think because he shooed me to the bedroom, later he came to me in tears to explain why we were owing. He had been suspended from work since early December, he had been managing is with the money we made from the business he was running on the side, the business wasn't doing so good he stopped stocking up. He also announced that we would be moving to something smaller, mehn I was so angry I lashed out on him, I refused to talk to him from that night till the afternoon of the following day when he also couldn't take it anymore saying it is my fault he lost his job. Why? I was always sick and he was afraid of leaving me alone and would skip work for some days. He promised me in tears that he would make it up to me by God's grace. Sis, it was tough, the move, food to eat and all coz I can't just eat whatever is on the table. It was hard to trust that God will do it again for us, but because He is an amazing God, He blessed us, provisions just kept coming in. I went for our baby shopping with the money his brother just decided to remember us with, it was more than enough. End of February he got another job, even when I am at my worst I ask God to take care of me and our baby so daddy can go and work for us.

I know I can't help financially but keep holding onto God's promises for you dear. "Jeremiah 29:11....should be one of your key scriptures as you pray my Darling. He will bring forth good harvest in due time, just keep your mind stayed on Him always. May our Los bring forth good tidings and prosperity in our families in Jesus name amen.

See, I don't trust the scan and the sonographer, she gave the same result for both, same height, weight, head circum., name it, how can? One must surely weigh more. During the scan she said both are cephalic, why adding ob'l in the sheet? I will have to seek another opinion in another place my dear.

@Adorablewife, I used cyclogest without refrigerating it. I carefully open it and put it into my anus. I don't use it vaginally cos it's wasn't strong since not refrigerated. I did not refrigerate it cos I was hiding to use it in the clinic.

@Nasablosom, trust in the Lord with all your heart and He shall direct your path. If you are in lagos, LUTH CS is 30k I heard. Also, other places in the country, government hospitals can never charge so high.
