Eave angle, wall trimmer, cladding sheets, ceiling cladding, bottom angle and ridge caps can never be the same price comparing or quoting the prices equally is wrong and appear fraudulent because it, can proving, stepped tiles roofing sheet is wider at about 1000mm compare to ridge cap which is about 500mm, wall trimmer, bottom angle is 150mm, eave angle 300mm

For instants if ridge cap is N750 per meters, eave can't be more than N350 per meter.

2)Is Flat sheet 0.45 for flashing same as Aluminum ridge angle ?

Yes but flat sheet are non corrugated aluminum sheet, they are what we use in bending ridges, eave angles, bottom angles, wall trimmers but ceiling cladding are corrugated to mentral, aluminum roofing sheets are also flat sheets that we corrugate into long span, stepped tiles, Metcopo or mentral.

If you don't have parapet attach to your roof, you will need all this things.
