What roof type : German roof ( hip roof) or gable roof
Your roof slope to enable us get your require height or you want us to use an adequate one for you?

How can they hike the price of stones by almost 80%. Half inch must come down to 2300. We have shifted ground by 100 naira, chinese operators should do the same too.

My build is not a community center or charity decision. My architect and I came out with what we feel is a good balance.

I share my build just to chat, it's not seeking approval or acceptance. Though I do appreciate safety feedback from astute builders like you. Basically my house looks fine to me and I'm the only one that matter, not the collective - let them laugh - it's facial exercise. But if you, or other vetted entities, spot a deficiency please question it.

Re Nairaland engineers, it's one thing if someone like Spyder or Abdul or Kola has a demonstrated professional opinion, but it's another when the three self acclaimed one structure wonder asshats gets all bent out of shape when their lackluster opinion is not followed. One would think they were financing my build or that they'll ever ever be my guest in the structure

If they sell half inch @N2,300, agent sell with N100 that is N2,400x30=N72,000, transporter N70,000 Ajah for example that is N142,000 area boy like Olomegbon boys N4,000, Ado boys N2,000, estate gate N1,000 Total is N149,000. I hv not add mine ooo, if I add N5,000 on a single trip Grand total is N154,000

Client will not agree to pay, because those cheat will never deliver accurate tones. And their prices are client major benchmark

How much do I charge the job, that client will pay? We are good to go @ N1,900 3/4down

(Attached Below) I still remember My Grand father's House in the Village. It had a massive Court Yard, once it rains, you'd see us there running around in the court Yard. It was so Big and it basically Opened to a corridor that Opened to every room in the House. Its a very good Idea. Please do Keep it up. Looking forward to seeing how it comes out.

That to me is a Pool Area Opened to the Main Lounge and also Opened to the outside. We just Put a Black Sun Breaker to Protect the View from the Outside incase of Naked Swimmers. I do that a lot in my Designs. Unlike yours which is Opened only to the Inside.
