The guy should just try to make mega money anywhere he is. As long as there's money, women will always loyal like loya milk. No matter the distance.

It can be really frustrating and boring at a point i tell you but a distant relationship that survives only grows stronger. I'll share some of my personal tips from experience with you which has helped and is still keeping us going.
1. Visit each other; if you're lucky to be in the same country, visit each other. And if in different countries, still visit. Spend time and money on travels.

2. Video calls/ chats; being able to see each other regularly and talking about EVERYTHING develops intimacy. Send photos, take shots specifically for him.

3. Make an effort and be determined to make things work; if he's a very busy dude like mine, my sister you have to really try. U jst have to pin him down to get things sorted. The longer issues linger, the gap becomes wider.

4. Keep yourself busy; focus on your life too, develop yourself... apart from the personal benefits you gain from this, it tends to take your mind off the thoughts of him for a while. And i'm sure he'll even respect u more for that.

5. Set some rules; in my case, i made it a standard that we should never sleep over a disagreement. We must settle it before it before we both go to bed...i've gone to bed 3am on an occassion because we just had to straighten out things.
We know each other's schedule for the whole day

6.talk dirty to each other and be very romantic; you know what to do tongue
Plus, tell him when you're angry or unhappy about anything because he is not with you physically to see your expressions.

These are the ones i remember for now, i hope they were helpful? Hang in there sis

First and foremost communication, trust and understanding are my keys to a successful relationship. How was the relationship from start, how often do u guys talk, what are the things that are making u guys fight? I know is not easy keeping a long distance relationship. U should pay him a visit, sit down have a long chat with him, u two should be able to point out those things and find a way to tackle those things before u say I do. Am in a long distance relationship and with God am proud to say my relationship is 100% better than most people's. Good luck and happy married life in advance.

The Virtue of Patience and Prayer
Allah says;
you who believe! Seek help in patience and As-Salah (the prayer). Truly, Allah is with As-Sabirin (the patient).
After Allah commanded that He be appreciated, He ordained patience and prayer. It is a fact that the servant is either enjoying a bounty that he should be thankful for, or suffering a calamity that he should meet with patience.
A Hadith states: Amazing is the believer, for whatever Allah decrees for him, it is better for him!
• If he is tested with a bounty, he is grateful for it and this is better for him; • and if he is afflicted with a hardship, he is patient with it and this is better for him. Allah has stated that the best tools to help ease the effects of the afflictions are patience and prayer. Earlier we mentioned Allah's statement: And seek help in patience and As-Salah (the prayer) and truly, it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khashi`in (i.e., the true believers in Allah). (2:45)
There are several types of Sabr ـ patience:
-one for avoiding the prohibitions and sins,
- one for acts of worship and obedience.
-There is a third type of patience required in the face of the afflictions and hardships, which is mandatory, like repentance.
Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said,
"Sabr (patient)has two parts:
-patience for the sake of Allah concerning what He is pleased with (i.e., acts of worship and obedience), even if it is hard on the heart and the body,
and patience when avoiding what He (Allah) dislikes, even if it is desired. Those who acquire these qualities will be among the patient persons whom Allah shall greet (when they meet Him in the Hereafter; refer to Surah Al-Ahzab (33:44),

hmmmm, not always easy but seriously, first thing is trust yourself, then money is needed to sustain it because only best way is constant communication. And meaningful talks not boring talks oh!

Let me share my experience; back in 2013 September

Just a month after she accepted to be my girlfriend, I travelled to Abuja in search of greener pasture, at first she started doubting game by not wanting to believe me simply because we were still new and I travelled without us spending much time together physically, and thank God for his blessings, I started here on NL by giving people tweaks to browse free and get paid with airtime wink, So it was with this airtime I was able to establish everlasting cordial relation with my bae, we do talk for as long as we could (30mins to 1hr), and that was it, from tweak to IT Solutions provider coupled with Data bundle reselling. Calling her anytime either via skype or phone wasn't an issue because rate of customers I attend to on daily basis is more or less like a call centre agents grin (I love that though cool), after 8 months, I went back home and made sure I performed my duties, after then, I configured her laptop with simple server settings and she was the type that watches Korea movie, I just showed her how to do so on youtube and that was how I kept her busy because getting bored leads to wanting to wanna go out to catch fun and you know what can happen from there wink

If she is not in class, we are either on phone talking OR she's on youtube watching movies, so these routines actually aided in propelling the flame of love between us.

She graduated last year, now serving and We got married last week Saturday and settled in Abuja cool

Don't really know the type of person you are exactly ...
Do you have trust issues ? ...Won't involve myself in such again . Distance relationships ? No , never again ...
Get close to him , tell him you miss him , let him hear those words you think will make him turn on and most of all .... keep the communication 100% ...
God bless your marriage tho

Leave if you still can, once your very present self is not there, its nothing , just a waste of time and energy. I've being there.

Exactly ma dear.

I don't even feel the distance, we talk like we are together, play same way, talk naughty, no matter how much we fight, we always find a balance, and finally transparency is utmost important, trust is one of the things that kills long distance relationship, so try and be transparent to him.
Best of luck.
