Dear All,

Please this is urgent. I just got a full plot of land at Ogba Ayo,Ijoko ,Ogun state . I need a plan to accommodate a 3-bedroom and two room and parlour self contain on half plot. The land is not a flat surface, sloppy to some extent. I intend using the half plot for something else in the future.

The quote am getting is outrageous and am getting discouraged.Presently,i live in my parents house - a two bedroom apartment for myself only - so am not under any pressure to relocate. But I want to do something for myself not depending on inherited property cos my parents are late.

I can work with any builder if the quote is right.

Matthew83, ask them to give you quote here so that ppl can advice you since you are new to avoid story that touches the hrt.
